A focused line-up of perception-driven robots built to solve real production and care challenges, from quality inspection to adaptive manipulation and clinical assistance.
InSpectraVision
AI-Powered Quality Inspection System

InSpectraVision provides faster and more consistent defect detection than manual visual inspection. It combines multi-modal computer vision, unsupervised anomaly detection, and geometric analysis to identify dimensional, surface, and structural defects across diverse materials and product geometries.
InSpectraVision operates at production speed and maintains predictable response times. It connects to manufacturing and quality systems, creating a complete, traceable record for every part it inspects.
- Multi-modal vision:synchronised 2D imaging, 3D depth, and structured-light scanning.
- Anomaly detection:unsupervised models trained on known-good parts, flagging defects without an exhaustive catalogue of failure modes.
- Geometric analysis:point-cloud-based dimensional and surface-form inspection.
- Multi-defect classification:real-time defect taxonomy with confidence-scored alerts.
- Production integration:MES, OPC UA, and PLC-level signalling for closed-loop reject handling.
- Material coverage:composites, metals, PCBs, and welded assemblies at line speed.
AdeptImi
Self-Learning Manufacturing Robot

Learns from human demonstration. Adapts to change. Delivers precision. AdeptImi is a self-learning robot concept for manufacturing. An operator demonstrates a task, and AdeptImi observes, infers the policy, and replicates the behaviour, significantly reducing the reprogramming bottleneck associated with traditional fixed automation.
Built on imitation learning and perception-driven control, AdeptImi has achieved a task success rate of approximately 89% on selected complex manipulation benchmarks, based on internal testing and subject to task conditions and validation methodology. Continuous corrective feedback enables policies to generalise across part variants, fixtures, and high-mix lines.
- Manipulation:pick-and-place, sorting, assembly, kitting, and material handling.
- Perception:6-DoF object pose estimation, semantic segmentation, and environmental awareness.
- Motion:smooth trajectory planning, collision-aware control, and compliant interaction with parts and fixtures.
- Demonstration-based programming:rapid task acquisition without scripting or simulation tuning.
- Task adaptability:policy generalisation across part variants, fixtures, and high-mix lines.
AssistRobo
Healthcare Assistive Robot

Precision that feels human. Support that does not tire. AssistRobo is a robotic assistant for care homes, clinics and hospitals. It helps nursing, care, and surgical teams with physical and repetitive tasks, so clinicians can spend more time with patients.
AssistRobo recognises people's actions and tools in real time, giving it situational awareness of the task in progress. It adjusts to staff, routines, and room layouts, always keeping interactions safe and controlled.
- Activity recognition:real-time identification of gestures, instruments, and procedure steps.
- Logistics support:routine item retrieval and delivery for nursing teams.
- Rehabilitation assistance:guided, repeatable motions for therapy programmes.
- Surgical and outpatient assistance, in development and subject to clinical validation:intelligent tool handover and workflow tracking.
- Take-and-give interaction:safe, perception-aware object exchange in patient-care settings.
